For what we’re going thru financially at the moment, this hotel was exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast is what you’d expect if you don’t pay $90+ dollars, and the men and women at the front desk were very upfront and honest about everything they might have lacked momentarily. As far as customer service goes they were extraordinary… every single employee. Initially our first room had a smell to it so I chucked it up to maybe a faulty line or sewage issue, to which they accommodated us immediately with another room; the man at the front desk even walked us down the hall and let us check the room across from the room he settled us in after our complaint. I have no complaints to be honest. I think people just forget you get what you pay for. But at this place, they compensate well for what amenities they don’t have for excellent understanding of customer service. Stayed five days, no issues other than first contact with the smell. This place is solid.. and good coffee, too! You’ll have our business again for sure. Thanks to all!

Stayed there one night had no problems. Easy into room through security door. Room was clean and appeared up dated. Continental breakfast was good. Had no problems and would stay there again. I left my pants there by accident so I called and said they had them and I could pick up on my way back home.

Beds were ok the room was somewhat clean. The floors had not been mopped in God knows how long because your feet or socks got black walking on then. There was black mold on the bathroom wall. The continental breakfast was not that great the bare minimum no fruit or breads just waffles and cereal and 2 kinds of yogurt and not even a good flavor.

Review is understanding the price. I have no illusions of getting a 5 star hotel at this price. The hotel rooms are dated, but being updated. They are replacing carpet with plank flooring. We chose McDonalds up the road for breakfast. The staff was friendly. We were there for fishing, so this place was perfect for us. No fancy thread count sheets. Two items stood out. First, I found dried blood on my sheets. This was too late in the stay. During the updating, the removed a picture and left the cobwebs. Again, the price we paid to lay our heads matched our expectations. It is a good place of you match your expectations with what you pay.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Great location. My only complaint is the continental breakfast is lacking. I have celiac and usually on any continental breakfast yogurt and fruit is available. But this one is truly bare basic. Waffles. Juice,milk cereal, coffee.

I was in town for a family funeral. This hotel was only 8 miles away from the destination. There were a few problems with my initial room and the young man at the desk immediately offered me a different room. I only gave 4 stars due to that initial problem and room move. The room I transfered to was clearly an upgrade, and recently remodeled. The floor was non carpeted vinyl laminated, but the room was warm even with snow/ice negative Temps outside. I'm attaching photos to show. A nice, clean, basic room. Although this is an older hotel, my creature comforts were definitly met. The customer service at the desk was pleasant and met all my requests with a smile. They receive 5 stars for hospitality. Note: the breakfast is not very diabetic friendly, but the close grocery store, in room refrigerator and microwave solved that issue. Not very many small hotels offer a free breakfast at this value, so no complaints!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the woman who works the desk sometimes is AWFUL, incredibly rude and has made me consider not staying again, but the man who I see the most working the desk is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and it’s been quiet during all my stays. The woman at the desk is my only complaint really because she has been confrontational with me multiple times, and I’m not sure why she’s always so angry. Other than that pretty good place to stay. Love the man who I’m pretty sure owns the place.

Over all 5 stars- no one bothered us for our two week stay . Rooms were clean . Limited breakfast was the only downside. Staff is great! On site laundry too!
